Towards to ensure professional quality services in the profession of transportation our company started to apply quality management system among the first transportation companies. During the experiences of the past 20 years, based on our consigners’ expectations and feedbacks, it has became proven that quality services have to be done under an organised quality management system.

The ÉLSPED Ltd. based on its professional experience is doing its best to meet the expectations of its business partners under any conditions. We would like to support our partners’ success by serving them punctual, professional shipping, and suitable priced transportation.

We expect high-level, quality-oriented work from all of our employees. We are supporting them by all the required information, technical and ergonomically requirements.

As long as the improvement of the technical background is essential to support quality services, we consider continuous improvement as main focus.

We also expect the acceptance of our quality standards from our sub-contractors and meet the our quality expectations.

Since 1996 our quality management system is audited every year according to the standard of ISO 9000.
 
The measure of our quality service is always the satisfaction and returns of our consigners.
